This product served our family well

This product served our family well. Mobile plan costs are a bit expensive and the battery life becomes a bit limiting. But overall a good experience. Kids are old enough that we've now moved them to mobile phones. Customer support from Tia was very good!

Great help line 24/7

Thankyou so much Josie from moochie support team I had some trouble with the moochie watch as it wouldn't connect properly to the internet and the SIM card wouldn't work it took me 3 to 4 hours to get it working but with Josie from moochie support team I got it working for me she stuck by me and helped me through it by giving me all the steps I needed to get it working, thankyou so much for your help Josie. ????
